The role will lead talent strategy across recruitment planning, career development, performance processes, and learning programs in SAMY General.

This role works closely with the Global HR team and reports directly to People Transformation Director. It acts as a strategic HR Business Partner to leadership, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent aligned with business goals.

- Partner closely with the Global Staffer and hiring managers to detect talent needs proactively.
- Identify workforce gaps (internal and external hiring needs).
- Support recruitment strategy and ensure alignment with business growth plans.
- Stay involved in the hiring process until the role is filled (onboarding will not be owned directly but may be supported strategically).
- Own and oversee career development frameworks across the organization.
- Design and implement career path models and progression plans.
- Ensure continuous development for employees throughout their lifecycle (especially mid-level roles).
- Actively monitor individual growth, performance evolution, and internal mobility opportunities.
- Develop structured coaching and career plans.
