Your Mission

As the Regional After Sales Representative Passenger Cars, you are responsible for building and maintaining a strong and customer-focused After Sales service level in the designated region.

You support the network of local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction.



You play an important role in developing, implementing, and maintaining service products and After Sales propositions. You ensure that the service procedures are carried out correctly and perform all administrative tasks needed.

This role reports directly to the Aftersales Manager in Spain.

What You´ll Be Doing
- You support the dealer network, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction, and act as their BYD after-sales contact person. You ensure that all service procedures are carried out correctly and perform all tasks related to the Aftersales business.
- Ensure implementation and follow-up of all BYD aftersales commercial policies and after-sales standards.
- Monitor the dealer aftersales business plan and the development of all after-sales activities to achieve BYD P&A; and service qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Secure the quality of the service network by timely training
