Our end client based in the region of Barcelona, Spain is seeking a fluent English speaking HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Manager to take integral end to end accountability for SAP SuccessFactors and the broader HR technology ecosystem. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the Planning, development, implementation, and management of all technology and processes related to the people systems and particularly with SAP SuccessFactors solutions and integrations with focus on leading process standardization and ensuring scalable, secure, compliant, and business driven HR solutions while acting as the primary interface between HR, IT,



DT business Leadership and SAP and other HR systems relevant implementation partners. This role involves collaborating with HR, IT and other department leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, as well as leading HRIS initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

HRIS Process Ownership & Governance

- Act as global owner and subject matter authority for SAP SuccessFactors, defining the functional vision, roadmap, and release strategy.
- Own and govern the full SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Development, Compensation, and Talent modules.
- Drive alignment with SAP product roadmaps, innovations, and quarterly releases, including impact assessment and adoption planning.
- In line with the company's HR Strategy, manage and evolve the global HR technology landscape and architecture, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with enterprise IT
