PURPOSE
You will work in a fast‑paced environment alongside program and project managers in delivering a host of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base. You derive energy from working with others of diverse backgrounds and engaging directly with customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




As an Associate Project Manager in the Borders Strategy, M&A; and Transformation team, you will play a key role in shaping business decisions and making a tangible impact in one of SITA's fastest‑growing business units. You will own workstreams within larger projects, build fact bases, drive analyses, and translate insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders. You will work across strategy topics (portfolio, innovation, BU strategy refresh, execution) and M&A; (target identification, strategic rationale, due diligence support), with occasional work on transformation initiatives (culture, operating model, process improvement). This role offers a fast‑growth path with strong exposure to senior leadership and to the full strategy lifecycle.
Own strategy workstreams

Lead workstreams within portfolio and innovation strategies, BU strategy refresh, and strategy execution.
