Groupon is looking for a hands‑on Display / Paid Social Lead who can take over our integral paid social engine, elevate the strategy, and lead a five‑person team across Meta, Criteo, GDN, TikTok, and more. This is not a maintenance role. This is a “take it, fix it, scale it” role.
You’ll own Meta performance end‑to‑end, drive Gross Profit within ROAS guardrails, accelerate creative testing, and bring AI‑enabled execution into daily workflows.
