Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven DSO Sr Marketing Manager, EMEA to execute regional marketing initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and partnership excellence across Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and Group Practices. This role is pivotal in supporting the adoption of the Align Digital Platform, accelerating Invisalign and iTero growth, and strengthening long‑term strategic partnerships with large‑scale dental organizations.





Role Expectations
Channel Development and Growth

- Execute the EMEA marketing strategy for DSOs and Special Markets, ensuring alignment with global and regional business priorities.
- Translate strategic pillars—adoption, digitalisation, and scale—into actionable, customer‑centric marketing programmes that drive measurable business impact.
- Partner with EMEA Channel Marketing to integrate DSOs and Special Markets into Align’s GP, Ortho, and Consumer growth journeys.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, data insights, and competitive dynamics to refine go‑to‑market strategies and prioritise high‑impact opportunities.
- Track performance, measure outcomes, and continuously optimise programmes for efficiency and ROI.
