The project




Allocation Coordinator is responsible for owning and executing the allocation and replenishment strategy across the retail store network. The role plays a key part in driving sell-through, reducing missed sales, and optimising inventory through structured allocation logic and automatic replenishment.

What will the role entail?

- Own in-season allocation and replenishment across the retail network, ensuring optimal stock availability by store and cluster.
- Manage and continuously optimise automatic replenishment parameters (min/max, coverage, velocity).
- Monitor stock levels and proactively rebalance inventory through transfers and stock optimisation actions.
- Support initial allocations for new product launches and new store openings, coordinating with stakeholders.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse movements in line with allocation priorities.
- Work closely with Logistics and Retail Operations to ensure replenishment processes are executed
