As part of the People team, you will focus on the Labor and HR Administrative area while maintaining a close relationship with the Talent and Development team.

Your Challenge
You will play a key role in the execution of all labor and HR administrative tasks across the two legal entities, LK Style (Santurtzi warehouse) and LK Tech (offices). Responsibilities include:

- Employee Lifecycle Operations:



Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, role changes, leaves, and absences for both entities.
- HR Administration & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Employee Support: Act as primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, answering queries and providing guidance on policies, contracts, and labor regulations.
- Payroll & Social Security: Execute payroll cycles, manage social security reporting, settlements, and accident/incapacity reporting.
- Works Committee: Relationship and cooperation with the Works Committee.
- Compliance & Training: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies; monitor mandatory training and documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow efficiencies and support automation initiatives to optimize HR operations.
