- Fleet Customers (Key Accounts)

- Plan and execute commercial activities (calls, agenda, visits) in line with agreed qualitative and quantitative objectives, minimizing commercial risk.
- Manage, retain, and develop the assigned customer portfolio, maximizing its business potential.
- Build in-depth knowledge of customers, BMW Group products and services, and competitors.
- Identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
- Propose, prepare, and review commercial negotiations with the Corporate Sales Manager.
- Steer and ensure the contribution margin per unit in each deal.
- Coordinate order requests with Back Office and monitor the order book until vehicle delivery.
- Engage key accounts through brand events and customer activities.
- Dealer Network

- Analyze, define,



and communicate customer discounts within the controlling framework to the dealer network.
- Support the training and development of the Corporate Dealer Network salesforce under NSC training programs.
- Drive conquest and loyalty of shared customers with the dealer network.
- International Business

- Analyze existing international agreements and act as the main contact point in Spain for assigned customers.
- Develop and manage international key accounts.
- Use and maintain international tools (NKAM, IKAM, Tender Manager).
- Collaborate closely with International Key Account Managers to identify business opportunities and drive fleet growth.
- Share market insights, reports, and best practices across countries.
- Leasing Companies

- Communicate customer discounts and commercial conditions to leasing companies.
- Negotiate and develop relationships with key leasing accounts.
- Coordinate customer‑related issues between leasing companies
