We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Madrid, supporting recruitment across our hotels and corporate offices.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist,



you will lead end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of hotel and corporate positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract and hire exceptional talent.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insight, coaching hiring managers and delivering an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, inclusive and aligned with our employer brand.
You'll also contribute to integral Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding initiatives and strategic sourcing activities that strengthen our talent pipelines and support the continued growth of Radisson Hotel Group.
