Job Summary

The Housing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in securing, optimizing, and overseeing student and faculty housing operations globally across Europe and Asia. This role ensures alignment between high-level fiscal planning and on-the-ground property execution, taking full accountability for housing standards, vendor contracts, and quality measures across both Internship and Custom Programs.

Key responsibilities include standardizing property management processes, overseeing operational housing setups, managing localized budgets, collaborating with internal units, and optimizing processes using regional data systems to maintain a holistic view of our global accommodation landscape.



You will work closely with the Senior Global Operations Manager and regional teams to drive operational excellence, safety compliance, and participant satisfaction.
