We now have the opportunity for a Quality Intelligence Analyst to join the Technology HUB in Alicante, Spain. We are looking for a highly driven, talented and experienced Engineer who can transform data and metrics into actionable insights to drive quality decisions and enable improvements and optimization in the teams.

Responsibilities Will Include

- Analyze quality metrics (defects, coverage,
flakiness, MTTR, pipelines) and detect relevant patterns.
- Create clear and actionable dashboards in Power BI with practical insights for IT and the quality community.
- Build storytelling based on metrics to understand the impact of quality and efficiency.
- Translate findings into recommendations and concrete actions to improve quality processes and practices.
- Collaborate with functional QA, seniors, and service management to contextualize results.
- Identify new metrics based on findings and efficiency needs.
- Support the construction of clear and measurable ROIs for quality initiatives.
Location
Working under a Hybrid Model (3 days in the office), you’ll work from home and at our Alicante office.
