You'll make sure the right materials arrive at the right site, at the right time, at the right price — and that what gets built on the ground matches what was decided, on time and to spec.
What you'll do
Procurement
-
- Work from Bluepearl's existing full suppliers list to source materials, equipment and services across our project portfolio
- Keep the supplier list up to date, with accurate pricing and lead times
- Convert quantity/order lists into purchase orders (materials, quantities, suppliers, required dates)
- Negotiate pricing and terms with our existing suppliers, and vet new ones when needed
- Prioritize local, Balearic-island sourcing where it fits budget and quality goals
Site Supervision

- Oversee daily activity on-site across one or more active projects
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on the ground
- Check works against plans, technical specs and quality standards
- Track site progress against schedule and flag delays early
- Enforce health & safety compliance on-site
- Report site status, procurement needs, issues and risks back to the management team
Who we're looking for

- Proven experience in construction site supervision and/or procurement — residential or renovation projects; premium/luxury a strong plus
- Solid grasp of construction sequencing, materials and technical drawings
- Comfortable reading plans in a BIM/Archicad environment
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and structured data
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Clear communicator across trades, suppliers, contractors and management
- Fluent Spanish; working English a plus (German,
