Responsibilities

- Analyze academic literature in management, business strategy, innovation, and platform markets to identify relevant research gaps and contribution opportunities.
- Implement advanced research methodologies, including statistics and econometrics, as well as empirical research related to AI and digital platforms.
- Develop, write, and present academic research papers at international conferences, workshops, and academic seminars.
- Prepare high‑quality academic manuscripts for submission to peer‑reviewed management and strategy journals.
- Collaborate with faculty and research teams on ongoing research projects within the fields of corporate strategy, competition,



innovation, and AI.
- Contribute actively to the academic research environment of IE University, including participation in seminars and research discussions.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Strong academic background, demonstrated through Bachelor’s and Master’s academic transcripts.
- Solid knowledge of statistics and econometrics applied to empirical research.
- Programming skills relevant for academic research (e.g., data analysis, econometric modeling).
- Research interests aligned with innovation, artificial intelligence, business and corporate strategy, competition, and platform markets.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, for academic writing and presentations.
