We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands‑on, and analytically minded individual to join our team as a Business Performance Senior Manager. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are driven by measurable results, this role is for you.
What You´ll Do:

Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team
Be the POC with the company leadership (C-Level, Founders & SVPs)
Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives to get to our Business Plan
Define the reporting frameworks of our commercial teams to monitor performance and guide strategic decision‑making
Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth
Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross‑functional teams to define action plan
