Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and general talent teams, this role drives talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role combines strategic thinking with strong execution, ensuring talent decisions are implemented and deliver measurable business impact.
