Your key responsibilities

- Own pipeline creation: targets for meetings held, SQLs, qualified pipeline €, coverage, and conversion rates.
- Lead, coach, and develop BDRs: weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal/account coaching, skill diagnostics, performance plans; raise the bar on quality, not just activity.
- Build a repeatable outbound system: ICP refinement, messaging frameworks, multi‑threading plays, account plans, sequencing (email/phone/LinkedIn), objection handling, and “next step” discipline.
- Operational excellence: forecasting for pipeline generation, dashboarding, QA of CRM hygiene, and tight feedback loops with AEs on lead quality and disposition.
- Hiring and onboarding: source/interview BDR talent; structured onboarding plan; ramp to productivity with clear milestones.
- Cross‑functional alignment: translate market feedback into product/marketing inputs; coordinate campaigns and account‑based initiatives; create a clean
