Eligibility / Candidate Requirements
- Already living on the Costa Blanca
- Minimum of 1 year of proven real estate experience – new build experience is a strong advantage
- Speak fluent English plus one of the following natively: French, Dutch, German, or Swiss‑German
- Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle
- Registered as autónomo or willing to work on a self‑employed basis
