The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating,



and managing multidisciplinary engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The Project Engineering Manager serves as the primary engineering interface between clients, project teams, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project execution plans, defining scope, deliverables, resources, schedules, budgets, and project baselines.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation & Control disciplines.
- Monitor project progress, engineering performance, costs, man-hours, and key performance indicators.
- Identify and manage technical, schedule, cost, and execution risks and implement mitigation strategies.
