Are you passionate about fleet maintenance, process optimization, and delivering exceptional support to operations teams? We are looking for a talented Maintenance Coordinator II to join our Mechanic & Repairs team within the broader Fleet function. In this pivotal role,



you’ll help ensure our vehicles stay on the road, support seamless repair coordination, and play a key part in driving continuous improvement across our maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage vehicle repairs across the operations network, ensuring all repairs meet defined service levels and lead time targets.
- Advise stakeholders on workshop-related topics, providing expertise and guidance to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor and track end-to-end repair processes, proactively addressing delays or bottlenecks to maintain high service standards.
- Contribute to process analysis and optimization initiatives, collaborating with senior experts to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Identify training needs within the team and support the development and delivery of training materials.
