Sitting within the Global Sales Academy, your mission is to treat our sales pipeline—from initial SDR outreach to final AE demos—like a high-performance engine that requires constant monitoring, calibration,



and optimization.You aren't just auditing for compliance; you are looking at the data to find out why deals are won or lost. You will finalize our evaluation rubrics, build data-driven scorecards, analyze outbound sequences, and provide surgical, data-backed coaching to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs). You will work hand-in-hand with our Academy Leader, turning your QA insights into macro-level training programs that elevate the entire general team.Who We´re Looking For:Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, Sales Enablement, or a high-performing Sales Lead/Manager role within a B2B SaaS or fast-growing commercial environment.
