Ocean Winds is expanding its operational footprint and is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the oversight and delivery of long-term Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) contracts across its OW portfolio. This role will ensure commercial excellence, contractual compliance, and strategic alignment with the company's objectives.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Act as the principal point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters related to O&M; agreements.
• Ensure Ocean Winds meets its obligations under existing O&M; contracts, maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance.
• Proactively manage risk, drive operational efficiency, and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead the preparation and management of budgets, service proposals, and contract variations, with regular reporting on commercial performance and KPIs.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximising contract value and delivering year-on-year performance gains.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the O&M; and Asset Management function, including process optimisation, excellence programmes, and the implementation of asset management systems.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Degree qualified in a contract, commercial, or business management discipline; equivalent professional experience or other relevant qualifications will also be considered.
