This role coordinates verification, validation and certification activities across all system levels, manages integration and reliability testing, and ensures traceability between requirements and test outcomes. Acting as the central point of contact for test planning and execution, the Test Leader drives collaboration to deliver robust,



reliable solutions.Main Responsibilities:Translate Marketing/Technical requirements into Test Specification, evaluate feasibility, estimate effort (resources, schedule, budget), and identify/mitigate technical risks. Maintain record of results and alignment with requirements.Define Test Plan and schedule considering the requirements, applicable standards and certification needs.Define Reliability testing requirement in coherence with the DfSR Practices and outcomes of the definition workshops.Define and Prepare detailed test plan for execution, and coordinate implementation by Test Engineers or external laboratories.Ensure proper execution of the test plan, including tracking, adaptation, and escalation of risks or deviations.Reviewer of Literature for actions going through the test labReview and approve test documentation, including reports, data summaries, and evidence packages.Point of contact with certification bodies under the TDAP program and related compliance activiti
