In Valencia, we are building an agile development center as part of our international engineering organization. We develop maritime sensor-, navigation-, and automation-systems. We are looking for software engineers at different experience levels — from early-career engineers with strong potential to experienced engineers who can take broader technical responsibility. Location: Valencia (hybrid), full-time (jornada completa), permanent contract (indefinido)

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance maritime sensor-, navigation-, and automation-systems in close collaboration with your team and stakeholders
- Plan and implement software tasks, including effort estimates, technical implementation, integration, testing, and documentation
- Continuously improve our delivery efficiency and quality, including domain understanding, automation, and AI-assisted development
- Contribute ideas on how we can improve our engineering culture, methods, processes, and collaboration
- Depending on your experience level, take broader ownership for technical concepts, architecture, coordination, mentoring, or cross-team alignment

Your Profile
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
