Key Responsibilities
- Sending invoices daily to customers
- Communication with customers, including collection of payments. Daily follow-up on payments received,



weekly communications with customers with open and overdue invoices, monthly report of AR Balance.
- AR reconciliations
- Prepare routine accrual and reclassification entries
- Reconciliation with SalesForce and Stripe.
- Maintain journal entry-related documentation
- Maintain tax and insurance documents for customers.
- Assist with month-end activities including preparation of account reconciliations, and post-closing reports
- Special projects as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of related Accounting/Accounts Receivable experience required.
- Basic understanding of accounting rules and practice.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Self-starter, with ability to work independently and with a team with excellent planning and organizational skills.
