A fitness and wellness management software company that we partner with at Joppy is looking to hire a Technical Program Manager to oversee internal products and lead cross-functional projects within an Ops Engineering team.Oversee and drive development of internal tools and platforms to support Sales, Customer Success Management, and other departmentsLead and coordinate a portfolio of transversal projects in close collaboration with Product Engineering teamsBridge internal GTM (Go-To-Market) teams and engineering by translating process friction into clear technical deliverablesTransform risky processes into successful internal products, leveraging rapid feedback loops from ideation to deploymentCollaborate with leadership across all departments to understand internal needs and drive improvement initiativesOwn project delivery, including planning, scoping, and execution of cross-functional initiativesDefine and monitor functional KPIs, success metrics, and business impacts in collaboration with non-engineering teamsParticipate in sprints, roadmaps,



and retrospectives to ensure project progress in a fast-paced environmentOptimize internal operations by working closely with a dedicated software engineering teamAnticipate blockers, manage dependencies, and proactively propose solutions for timely, on-scope deliveryProvide transparent status updates, timelines, and project reports to leadership and team membersChampion best practices in technical project management to ensure quality and scalability of projects2–4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in a consultancy or software startupTechnical fluency and comfort conversing about APIs, integrations, and development workflows (coding skills not required)Affinity for UX with an understanding of user experience principlesExcellent communication skills; able to translate technical details into clear business updatesProven experience managing multiple projects
