ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead and evolve a geographically dispersed team responsible for managing the operations of a 1,000-partner strong network.



This main role will focus on improving processes, strengthening team capabilities, and implementing strategic improvements.

The Director will oversee a team of 50+ people across El Salvador, Los Angeles, Madrid, Senegal, India, and Malaysia, with four direct managerial reports. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale, global operations teams and driving improvements in process efficiency, team structure, and performance standards.
