When project contracts are signed with clients, staffing the right technical consultants quickly is critical; every day a role sits open means lost momentum and delayed revenue. The team is currently updating, standardizing, and documenting their talent acquisition engine across regions so hiring runs smoothly, predictably, and with plenty of clear data.
The Role & Its ResponsibilitiesThis is a dynamic 50/50 split role:



half your time will be spent getting under the hood to design clean processes, optimize systems, and coach team members, while the other half keeps you directly connected to active recruiting for strategic roles.
- Build & Standardize Processes (Process Focus): Document and align hiring playbooks across European and American regions so recruitment standards are clean, repeatable, and easy to follow.
- Master the ATS Architecture (System Objective): Serve as the go-to expert for Greenhouse, configuring workflows and building clear visual dashboards so leadership always has real-time pipeline data.
- Unblock Hiring Obstacles (Operational Target): Step in as a strategic partner to align with hiring managers, streamline interview panels, and keep recruitment moving forward even under tight client timelines.
- Run Strategic Sourcing (Hands-on Objective): Personally manage full-cycle recruitment for automation roles to directly protect project staffing timelines.
