* Lead and manage the teams of structural, geotechnical and operations engineering,
providing guidance, support, mentorship, and fostering professional development.
* Oversee the structural and civil engineering design process for utility-scale solar tracker projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance.
* Supervise the development of tracker layouts, foundation calculations, mechanical sets, and full civil construction plan sets.
