WHAT'S THE PROJECT?
The project is that you bring your talent and your ambition to a high-growth tech startup building AI voice assistants for small and medium-sized businesses. Beyond ensuring no customer call goes unanswered, the company's broader vision is to build the world's first fully automated CRM system. Backed by over 8,000 customers, >€5M ARR, and ~30% monthly growth targeting €30M by EOY, they are now establishing a new office in Barcelona.



You will join on the ground floor to help build and shape the company culture in Spain within a high-ownership environment defined by direct feedback and zero office politics.

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?
As an Account Executive, you will be a dedicated closer taking full ownership of warm, pre-qualified inbound leads while taking the initiative to hunt deals whenever pipeline requires.

- Conduct 8–16 qualified inbound demo calls per day
- Take full quota ownership of monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage your sales pipeline with structured follow-ups and accurate CRM hygiene
- Proactively prospect and hunt deals to keep your sales funnel strong
- Contribute directly to refining and optimizing the sales motion in a rapidly scaling team

OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?

- At least 1 year of experience in transactional sales, ideally within B2B SaaS (startup or scaleup experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of closing deals along a clear sales funnel
- Native-level German and strong business English
