We are undergoing a period of high growth and are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on General Manager to help lead our business through its next phase of expansion.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager will drive our business development activities that include growing existing opportunities, identifying new ones, and building the strategic partnerships that support long-term growth. The General Manager will also lead operational functions and oversee financial performance,



ensuring the business has the capability and stability to support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development activity, identifying new market opportunities, customer segments and distribution channels
Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, OEM partners and key stakeholders
Negotiate major commercial agreements and evaluate licensing and strategic partnership opportunities
Pursue business development opportunities that translate into measurable revenue and profitability outcomes
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
Lead annual business planning, translating strategy into measurable objectives
Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives to support business scalability
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and margin management
Provide leadership and direction to department heads and their teams
