About The Role
As a key member of our growing M&A; team, you’ll play an essential role in identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities across Europe’s vertical software landscape,
with a specific focus on the Portuguese market.
This position offers a unique chance to gain end‑to‑end exposure to the investment process — from sourcing and valuation to due diligence and deal execution — while actively shaping the future of our ecosystem. It’s a dynamic, hands‑on role for someone eager to grow quickly, take ownership, and contribute to building the next generation of leading software companies.
What You Will Do

- Identify and connect with vertical software businesses across diverse sectors; initiate and maintain outreach and communication with potential targets, their owners, and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyse data from various sources to effectively assess potential targets (incl. proper management of all CRM processes).
- Prepare valuations (incl. full financial model) and conduct comprehensive analyses during the origination and due diligence processes.
- Develop/revise marketing and transaction
