About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media strategy, content creation, publishing, community management, and performance reporting across B2B and B2C channels.
This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and Junior Designer to deliver engaging content that drives brand growth and audience engagement.
Your responsibilities

- Build monthly content calendars per platform with B2B and B2C streams clearly differentiated
- Shoot, edit and publish short‑form video and static content
- Run community management: comments, DMs, escalations
- Identify and brief influencer / creator partnerships (with Marketing Manager); for B2B: identify and engage industry voices and analysts on LinkedIn
- Report weekly on engagement, reach, follower growth and conversion‑attributed sessions (and SQLs/SQOs from LinkedIn for B2B)
- Run LinkedIn employee‑advocacy program; coach executives on personal‑brand posting
