Job Description
General Hotel is group's hotel sourcing and distribution division, managing direct contracts with 23,000+ hotel properties worldwide. We operate sophisticated B2C distribution through the group's consumer brands and are expanding our B2B capabilities through strategic partnerships and technology platforms.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide and help us power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers.

What your impact will be:
Lead and grow the product function:

- Mentor and develop 2–3 product team members, fostering a culture of innovation, customer‑centricity, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Help build product management best practices and processes, supporting the expansion of our B2B hotel distribution capabilities.
- Define, own, and communicate the 12–18 month product roadmap for Global Hotel’s distribution platform — covering channel manager connectivity, extranet capabilities, and API product development.
- Make strategic decisions regarding build vs buy vs partner approaches.
