We are looking for a: Program/Project Manager (AI Initiatives)
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end‑to‑end management of AI initiatives, from initial concept through operational adoption.
- Define and manage project roadmaps, planning, resources, budgets, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across business, technology, and compliance functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing proactive corrective actions when needed.
- Establish and optimize Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies in line with corporate standards.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure business impact and return on investment.
Requirements
Mandatory

- 5+ years of experience managing technology or digital projects/programs.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Conceptual understanding of AI/ML solutions applied to business challenges (deep technical expertise is not required)
