Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the AI Resource Hub (SharePoint), ensuring content is structured, current, and easy to navigate (leverage AI tools to accelerate creation).
- Create internal communication content aligned with program goals (presentations, one pagers, onboarding/training materials, e-mails, VE posts, impact stories, lightweight visuals, videos).
- Contribute to selected adoption initiatives for key AI tools.




- Partner with AI Champions to capture and scale practical AI adoption success stories across the organization.
- Document and promote relevant AI use cases for each function in collaboration with AI Champions.
- Partner with IT and AI tools teams for tool piloting, access management, and adoption activities.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT/AI tools teams to help ensure solutions are practical, user-centric, and effectively communicated.
- Contribute to other Transformation & Strategy Department initiatives.

Requirements
- Effective communication and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging communications, presentations, training materials, and success stories.
- Experience in change management, adoption, community building, or internal communications, ideally in a technology or transformation-related environment.
