MissionThe Avionics V&V; Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading the verification and validation strategy for avionics products across their full lifecycle, from early development and qualification campaigns to recurrent production and acceptance testing.
This role ensures that test activities are properly defined, planned, executed, reviewed and closed,



generating robust technical evidence to demonstrate product compliance, maturity and readiness for integration or flight. The position requires coordinating multidisciplinary activities, anticipating verification risks, driving process standardization and transforming testing into a repeatable, scalable and industrialized capability.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the overall execution of Avionics V&V; activities across multiple products, campaigns and programs.
- Drive the standardization of V&V; practices by defining common deliverables, maturity review gates for test definition, preparation, execution, evidence collection, result analysis and requirement closure.
- Ensure every product test campaign has a clear owner, scope, schedule, verification strategy and closure criteria.
- Support the definition and prioritization of verification strategies, test specifications and acceptance criteria.
