We are currently looking for a Range Manager to lead our Upholstery category and join our Product team at Kave Home's headquarters in Sils, Spain.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing our upholstery product range, working cross-functionally with the Buying, Technical, Quality,



and external partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the upholstery category strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand positioning and business objectives.
- Develop, structure, and evolve upholstery collections, from concept development through product launch and commercial performance monitoring.
- Identify market trends, business opportunities, and innovations in materials, finishes, and product construction to maintain a competitive and forward-thinking product offering.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and strategic partners that bring value, differentiation, and profitability to the category.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with both national and international suppliers, securing the best business terms.
