Software Configuration Engineer
This is a hybrid position based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), Poland (Warsaw) or Spain (Madrid, Barcelona or Zaragoza).
What You’ll Do

- Support Sales teams during pre‑sales by helping define and clarify the technical scope of software solutions such as EPMS, SCADA, DCIM, and Energy Management Systems.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgetary and binding proposals, including system architecture, topology drawings, hardware BOMs, schedules, and solution descriptions.
- Produce, review, and validate engineering documentation in line with project requirements and Eaton standards.
- Support software deployment and testing activities, including on‑site work when required.
- Work with Project Management and Sales to support scope changes, identify technical risks, and contribute to mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with Eaton technical teams and third‑party partners to deliver project engineering outputs.
- Handle escalated Level 3 software support requests within the defined area of responsibility.
