1. The UK Business Development teamOur purpose is to identify the companies in the UK that can scale by cutting costs and boosting productivity with the best tech builders,
and match them with freelance talent through our platform.
As a Business Developer you own your market: you build, manage and grow a portfolio of UK clients, building something from scratch in a market with huge potential. You'll be based in Madrid, with occasional travel to the UK for marketing events and client meetings.
We move fast, we own our numbers, and we're here to win.
2. What You'll Achieve:
- Own and grow your portfolio — you build, manage and grow a portfolio of UK clients, increasing conversion, retention and repeat usage.
- Win deals through insight — you understand each company's pains and goals and communicate our value proposition so well that they adopt and scale freelance talent.
- Build trust at every level — you win over decision-makers and technical teams alike.
- Turn accounts into new business — you run account-based strategies to uncover new opportunities within existing clients
