After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets. We’re looking for a passionate Spanish‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join us.

About The Role

- Identify and engage high‑potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision‑making process, then hand off sales‑ready opportunities to Account Executives.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on Genesy AI’s platform,



demonstrating its value in optimizing Spanish companies’ prospecting workflows.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market.
- Track and report key metrics (outreach volume, response rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
- Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical‑specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go‑to‑market strategy.

About You

- Advanced level of English and native Spanish.
- 1 year of proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls.
- Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling).
- Data‑driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conve
