In this role, you will be a key member of the site management team, leading maintenance and reliability strategies that ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations while supporting the site's long-term business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a member of the location leadership team, promoting a strong safety culture and effective collaboration across all operational areas.Develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies aligned with site and business objectives.Lead, coach, and develop a large maintenance organization,
