In this position, you will work closely with Data Center Site Managers, Facility Managers, and regional leadership teams to oversee the operational performance of multiple data center facilities across the portfolio. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence through centralized monitoring, reporting, governance, escalation management, service delivery coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role plays a critical part in ensuring operational consistency, reliability, and compliance across all sites while supporting business objectives and customer commitments. We are looking for someone who can become a subject matter expert in data center operations, customer service delivery, critical infrastructure management, operational reporting, incident management, work control processes, and performance analytics. You will leverage operational platforms, monitoring systems, workflows, and management tools to provide visibility, support informed decision-making,



and enhance operational efficiency throughout the region.
