About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Regional SOC Team Lead to take ownership of the leadership, development, and operational performance of a Security Operations function within a global organisation.
This is a senior cybersecurity leadership position combining strategic direction, people management, and hands‑on technical expertise. You will lead a team of SOC analysts, ensuring they have the guidance, processes, and capabilities required to deliver high‑quality security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection services.
Working closely with integral security teams and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping regional security operations, improving processes, developing talent, and ensuring the organisation remains prepared to respond effectively to evolving cyber threats.




This role requires an experienced security leader who can balance operational delivery with long‑term strategic improvement and act as a trusted advisor to technical and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SOC analysts across different experience levels.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and career development support to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews, establish objectives, and support ongoing professional growth.
- Manage team structures, schedules, and resource planning to maintain effective 24/7 security operations coverage.
- Build a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute regional SOC strategies aligned with wider business and security objectives.
