- This role reports directly to Rho’s Head of People & Talent and is based out of our NYC office, 5 days a week
- Build relationships with the best talent in the tech ecosystem and find creative ways to connect with people

- Develop rigorous hiring processes across the business and advise hiring teams on building better searches
- Treat recruiting like half art, half science: Find creative ways to position Rho before the strongest operators in the business; A/B test messaging; take a human‑first approach
- Obsess over our metrics and beating them, all the time
