This isn't a role for someone who waits for a spec — you'll challenge requirements, propose better solutions, and self-start the validation work needed to ship with confidence. You'll balance multiple initiatives at once without losing quality, treat data as the foundation of every decision, and act as a strong internal voice for the user even when business priorities push the other way.

We're looking for candidates who are already living in the city or ready to relocate.WHAT YOU WILL BRING5+ years of Product Management experience in mobile apps.Track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes in engagement, retention, or growth.Strong data fluency: comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and challenging conclusions that don't hold up.Proven ability to work directly with engineering on technical trade-offs and dependencies.Experience designing behavioural/engagement mechanics (loops, rewards, progression) grounded in real user research, not guesswork.Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity — you propose the plan, you don't wait for one.Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is a strong plus.BONUS
