In this operational leadership role, you will not just handle basic utility tasks. Instead, you will act as a key supervisor and organizational anchor. Specifically, you will work closely with the Chief Steward to ensure our silverware department operates seamlessly. Your primary goal involves driving back-of-house operational success. To achieve this, you will deliver exceptional supervisory support. At the same time, you will keep all utility zones beautifully aligned with strict resort presentation standards. Therefore, you will manage daily team workflows and oversee the sanitization of fine tableware. Additionally, you will coordinate stock replenishment across outlets. You will also monitor industrial dishwashing equipment and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to hit service objectives.
