What will be your mission?This position plays a key role in supporting and driving both Asset Management and Development initiatives within the Europe region.



He/she will contribute to the optimization of hotel performance and portfolio value by coordinating analyses, preparing negotiation materials as well as committee presentations, and ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders. The role includes monitoring the financial and operational performance of assigned assets, supporting negotiations with owners and partners, and proactively contributing to the execution of the team’s strategic objectives.
What will you do?Support and assist the Asset Management & Development team in their day-to-day projects in Europe Region:
- Projects will be related to i) lease negotiations ii) assets divestments iii) co – investment negotiations iv) development opportunities v) corporate transactions
- To gather and analyze all relevant information (market research, data rooms, business plans and financial analysis...) in order to prepare the negotiations strategies or
