As Senior Digital Design Manager, you steer creative performance for paid media, shaping both concept and execution. You will set directions, translate brand and performance insights into scalable concepts, and ensure consistency across platforms and markets. You lead end-to-end design for META, Google Ads, Affiliate, and App campaigns while driving testing and optimization. This role blends creative leadership with operational rigor to raise quality, speed, and impact in a fast-paced, multinational team. You will combine a strong design POV with automation expertise to elevate campaigns and processes.

• Define creative directions, frameworks, and scalable solutions
• Translate brand and performance insights into scalable creative concepts

• Make creative decisions and guide stakeholders
• Deliver design assets from ideation to master assets
• Manage end-to-end creative delivery for META, Google Ads, Affiliate, and App campaigns
• Maintain high quality across concept and execution
• Drive A/B testing and optimization based on performance data
• Anticipate campaign needs and prepare assets, templates, and solutions in advance
• Plan, prioritize, and structure creative projects
• Simplify processes with scalable frameworks
• Ensure deliverables are clear, consistent, and outcome-focused
• Own and evolve creative automation in
• Build modular Figma templates aligned with automation logic
• Manage feeds, conditional rules, and automation logic (e.g. via Google Sheets)
