Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat) as Regional Training Standards Manager, supporting CAE's general Civil Aviation Training team. Our newly opened centre hosts state‑of‑the‑art Full Flight Simulators, including the G550, PH*, Global , and Global Vision, with capacity to expand to nine simulators. This 8,000 sqm facility is designed to provide the most advanced pilot training environment in Central Europe.

Responsibilities

- Provide regional leadership, coordination, and oversight of multiple Local Training Standards Leads to ensure consistent implementation of global standards and harmonised training practices across all Training Centres.
- Coach, guide, and evaluate Local Training Standards Leads to maintain consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance.




- Translate global initiatives into actionable regional plans and support Training Centre Leaders in customer and internal training delivery.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on regional OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics related to instructor qualifications, observation programmes (IPPM/DOI), audit findings, and training quality.
- Identify regional trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide data‑driven recommendations to the Global Head of Standards.
- Oversee delivery of Civil Global IDT and other instructor training activities, ensuring alignment in courseware, methodology, and delivery standards.
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning global standardisation policies with regional operational requirements and supporting regulatory interpretation.
- Develop and facilitate structured regional governance, ensuring effective communication between Local Training Standards Leads, Training Standards Specialists, Training Managers, Centre Leaders, and global leadership.
